At New Freedom Church, we believe that prayer does indeed make a difference.

The Care Team is specifically designed to help the hurting through personal interaction and prayer. We encourage anyone who is dealing with major health issues, divorce, grief, financial crisis or any other difficultly to reach out to us. Someone will contact you within 48 hours of your request, if you request to be contacted.

NOTE: Any information you share with New Freedom Church on this form will remain confidential and will only be shared with our leadership team for the purposes of prayer, and contact with you only if you request it.
